Rebekka Grüner is an artist based in Vienna. She works with a mix of different materials and is interested in how technology can be used to express feelings and senses. Digital spaces can be more than just functional – we can make them immersive, so that people want to connect and reflect in them.
Her work is a mix of digital design, experimental visual processes, and handcrafted elements. This mix helps make stuff which is partly digital and partly physical, often times also interactive or experience-based.
At the heart of her work is a curiosity about how we perceive, feel and engage with environments shaped by technology. She mixes structured design with experimentation to create moments that are both intuitive and unexpected.
